Small cylindrical pocket microscope. c. 1880

This small cylindrical pocket microscope is a truly unusual field device. Due to its external structure, it is a small barrel microscope. But in its lower part there is a device that, mounted on the upper part of the device, allows the observation of small live insects. It measures 8 cm high and its diameter is 2.7 cm.
